Relationship between utensils and food

A study of the relationship between utensil and food in terms of formal qualities and materials. She proposes the idea that the next step of the evolution journey of dishware is  blurring the boundary between utensils and food, focusing on food-based materials for the eating experience. The output of the research is the development and experimentation of a rice waste-based material to produce tools for the eating experience. Experimentations on the sensorial and expressive features of the material was relevant for the definition of a meaningful experience.
